Ramayan is a timeless epic that continues to captivate and inspire people worldwide with its profound storytelling and universal themes.It is one of the two great epics of ancient India, the other being the Mahabharata. It is written by sage Valmiki, who is said to have composed it in Sanskrit around 500 BCE.

However, the epic has evolved over time through oral traditions and various retellings, resulting in multiple versions and adaptations.

Through this blog I am trying to trace the path of this monumental epic , reading the Valmiki Ramayan and linking it to present day cities/temples.
